The name "TranSeed" is composed of the syllables "Tran", meaning to carry to a new location, and "Seed", meaning to plant that which, in good soil, will germinate and grow to maturity. Providing a technical or media solution is like carrying a seed to a garden, planting and watering it and returning to fertilize as needed. We have planted many such seeds that have brought good produce for our clients.

began in October of 1997 as a data modeling and visualization and e-commerce R&D laboratory and computer science consultation firm. The media intensive personality of the organization grew out of client need and internal expertise. Behind the scenes, research is still ongoing, but being funded by investors rather than clients is not discussed in depth here.
